Hong Kong Polytechnic University 2019 International Summer School 교환학생 선발 안내​

건설환경공학부에서는 Hong Kong Polytechnic University​와의 협약으로 2019학년도 Summer School에 파견할 교환학생을 모집하오니 관심있는 학생들의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

1. 파견 대학: Hong Kong Polytechnic University​​

2. 선발 인원: 건설환경공학부 소속 학생 2명

3. 프로그램 기간: 2019학년도 여름방학

  - Field Trip (Optional): Between 4-10 July 2019

  - Classes: 11 July to 14 August 2019

4. 선발 기준

  1) 수료학기: 2개 학기 이상 수료

  2) 잔여학기: 2학기 이상 *재학 마지막 학기는 파견 불가하며, 본교 졸업을 원칙으로 함(파견에서 돌아온 뒤, 본교에서 1학기 이상 재학 要)​

  3) 성적기준: 전체 평점 기재(직전학기까지 F 학점 제외한 성적)

  4) 어학능력: TOEFL IBT 80점 이상, 또는 IELTS 6.0 이상​

5. 제출 서류 : ①교환학생 지원서(붙임 양식) ②공인어학증명서(TOEFL or IELTS)​ ③현장학습 참여 여부 별도 표기

6. 지원서 접수

  ① 접수 기간 : 2018년 12월 17일(월) - 2019년 2월 22일(금) 오후 5시

  ② 접수 방법 : 제2공학관 27212호 건설환경공학부 사무실 방문 제출 *사무실 운영시간: 평일 09:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00

7. 비고

  - 동일학기 성균관대학교 전체 교환학생 전형과 중복 지원 불가

  - ​추후 면접전형 안내 및 선발 결과는 해당자에게 개별 통보

  - ​ 마감일 이후 접수 절대 불가하니 기한 엄수

  - ​상기 일정은 대학 내 사정에 따라 변동 가능 

8. International Summer School 2019 @ PolyU​ 공지​ (지원 내역)

Fees

·         Administrative fee: HK$550 (approx. US$70);

·         Programme Fee: HK$12,000 (1 subject) to 18,000 (2 subjects) (approx. US$1,500 – 2,250) (Including tuition, on-campus accommodation, programme activities etc.)

Programme Fee & Accommodation Fee is waived for students from PolyU Exchange Partners on exchange basis.

·         Field Trip:  HK$650 – 2,850 (approx. US$80-355) depending on destination

Student Visa

·         International Affairs Office assists on Student Visa Application that covers the programme duration in Hong Kong

·         Students opt for Field Trip are responsible for their visa to the visiting country/region

PolyU is happy to offer the following to your exchange students:

Amount of each offer:                   USD1,000

Issue of the Award:                        Cheque in Hong Kong Dollars will be sent in late September 2019 after the release of result 

Scholarship Criteria:

• Officially nominated by exchange partner 
• Enrolled 2 subjects at the summer school
• Achieved 80% of attendance AND obtained grade D in all subjects
• No outstanding fines
• Complied with University policies and regulations, Hong Kong Immigration regulations and the Laws of Hong Kong
